First run in a long time that was tiring, due to an unknown cause. Best guess is the muscular soreness from the extensive yard work combined with the progression run from yesterday. Could also be the heavy lunch consumed a half hour before…or the temperature…or the headwind all four directions…or, as one commenter commented, the office interfered with my chi, or as another commented, perhaps it was the pollen…who knows?

Finished the run, then synced the watch. Discovered that the heartrate measurement had been turned off. Much as I suspected…no heartbeat (grin).
