The race on Thursday and the Pony run on Friday was apparently more effort than perceived…still feeling a tad draggy. Legs were moving, but they were going one speed…and not the normal one.

Enjoyable run nonetheless, with many folks coming out for the post-Thanksgiving Day event. Everyone else was moving easily…but Brunson was nice enough to hang out near me…
