Bean Traders five mile route. Potential for running the Fleet Feet Big Run 5K in the evening, so don’t want to go too far or too fast…

Ran with Lauren up to mile two (apparently wearing similar gear), then solo two two and a half, then Lizzie Sager on the way back (coming across Craig Helms, also wearing similar clothes), who was kind enough to share the run!
