Run the first part with the hilly bits. Just saying. Totally unintentional negative split, starting the first three miles on the UNC cross country circuit and the last .13 on the gravel loop.

Really need to get to back to speed training. To do that, have to give up/swap out other types of running. What’s a person to do…?
