Recovery effort on trail. Goal was to enjoy the weather and the scenery.

Gorgeous day…surprisingly few people on the trail. Saw Martin Wileman, Laura Maile, and amy berkman while heading back. Also saw a beautiful four foot black snake crossing the sidewalk in Gold Park.

While not tired, per se, the normal reserves do not appear to be in evidence. Since executing a moderate trail half marathon and a decent tempo(ish) training run, there might be reason (grin).
