Monday night trail and track. As a bonus, included road as well…

Trail was still more effort than normal, but almost back to default conditions. Track and road felt great after the trail…although whether it was the changed terrain or the changed shoes, we may never know.

Not quite a negative split…but close enough for me, considering the changing shoes and terrain. I’ll give myself a solid grade (grin).

Stopped off briefly at the track. Four or five Fleet Feet folk were in attendance. Quiet night.
