Beautiful weather for running. Arrived a bit earlier than expected, so headed out to the Chapel.

Wore new shoes to wear them in…good move, as I felt minor wear on the right foot. Need to determine whether that wear would rise to a significant level during a marathon. Not certain at this point…more time required…

Ironically, felt like I was struggling during the run…not much, but enough to make it feel like work…at least, for the perceived speed and effort. Ended up that the feeling was probably about right for the conditions.
