Really felt the weekend miles…not sure why, as the volume was low. Apparently being outside all day wears a person out…(grin)…

Al Buehler loop, followed by easy 5 x 800 meter repeats. Thanks to Nora Ayers for the suggestion!

Told Jon Viventi that I was doing six miles…ended up at seven. Normal pattern would have been ten…guess I’ll catch up later.
