UNC cross country loop, with Jon. Apologies for dragging him through the muck on the middle half of the course. Great to see Jon ready to taper for his upcoming marathon!

Relaxed run, with some strides thrown in for good measure. Felt really good to let go. Wayne was starting up just at the finish with Jon, so went a few more miles to discuss the latest news.

Managed to get started early enough that dinner was still on the menu afterwards. No goal in mind for the run…until close to a round number…(grin).
