Close Enough To A Track Workout…

Warmed up by going the long way round to Duke Chapel and back. Upon my return, who should I spy but any number of folks at the track…Morgan, Brunson, Nick, Peter, Tracey, Nora, and more! Also saw Kim Manturuk and her running partners…always a pleasure.
Workout was 8 x 400 meters, with optional rest in between. Started slow, ended up fairly consistent. Glad the recovering was far enough along to allow for pace training at the end…and frankly, just hsppy to be out in the beautiful weather.
