Research Triangle Park, North Carolina

Casual run around the Research Triangle Park five mile route. Temperature and weather were nearly perfect…the only question was whether the legs had recovered from the weekend.

Apparently they had, mostly. Did not attempt to push the pace, and felt great throughout.

Always feels exceptional to get out into the sun and move the legs. Only had an hour, so had to cut the run short…
