Mentoring the distance program. Half marathoners only had to go six miles…and we went twelve. Fun run. Glad to be running with Joe and Gabe!
Kept it easy on the front half, and sped up a bit on the back. Felt good for the most part…with my glute and hamstring only talking to me after we were done.
