Twice in a row where either the watch fid not start or human error was involved. Thanks to Joshua Lowry for sharing both times!

Relaxed run with Josh, Laura Maile, and Seth Maile. Slow to start…speeding up on the back half. Managed to get out early, so finished ahead of some of the regulars. Good night to be done early.

Bright side…glute and hamstring are slowly returning to normal. Hopefully in time for training.
