Ponysaurus five mile route with Jeffrey, Dom, and Josiah…later with Gary and Keith. Great weather, slightly cooler because of the hurricane.

Watch was new and did not catch GPS until later, resulting in a faster than reality first mile. Last few miles pace was likely not far off…

Tried the Saucony Triumph. Decent mid-distance shoe with less stability than expected, but well within what is needed.
