Was supposed to meet at “the track” at six for a few warmup miles, then round out the mileage with whatever felt comfortable. Went to “a track.” Got there at six. Perhaps execution on selecting “the” track location fell short of one hundred percent…

Still had a fun run, including warmup miles and a few more to round it out. Kudos to Mimi Bowen for reading email before heading out!
