Relaxed run with Don out to the Occoneechee Speedway and back. Don managed to find a path getting us to five miles. I managed to stumble upon the smallest roots known.
Coffee (thanks Martin!) and pastries after, so all was right with the world in the end. Great stretch for quads that are still in recovery mode.
