Relaxed run on the American Tobacco Trail with a golden group of friends. Josh and I started from Bean Traders, went to Fleet Feet, picked up Jon, Mary Lee, Brenda, Conner, and Nick.

Great folks with which to run…steady pacing (I was the weak link there), good conversation, and willing to stop at Herndon for those of us not carrying water…what more can a runner ask for? Made for an enjoyable route, keeping hydrated on a middling humid morning.

Lots of Fleet Feet runners out there. Too many to list…looked like they had a tougher route than mine. Sometimes taking off early bags you a win…
