Have you ever experienced an angel on one shoulder, a devil on the other shoulder…one telling you to “stick to the plan” and the other telling you “just two more miles”…(not saying which is which)…?

Today was my day to engage in that mental debate. Ran with Jen and Josh for a few miles, then Jen for the rest. Truly enjoyable time…glad I made a good decision.
