Playing a game of pacer/chaser with Chris Fleming this morning. Casual route around Occoneechee with a up and down on the service road. Amazing what a few degrees can make. Still humid so drenched at end, but perceptually felt better.

Ran with Chris, Martin, and Dan. Managed to surprise Andrea Fleming on the way out of Gold Park. Next time I’ll beep my horn…
