Loop around Occoneechee Mountain with a latte as a reward. Ran with Martin, taking a tumble when letting my attention wander…no harm, no foul…

Light rain at the beginning, quickly tapering off. Mountain was relatively dry and navigable. After the steps, saw no one else.

Felt surprisingly good considering the mileage ramp up and trail yesterday. Always amazed and gratified by the resilience of the human body.
