Ride at Glacier National Park with Martin, Josh, and Laura. Intended a kayak adventure but high winds diverted our plans. What’s Team Missoula to do…?

Started off uphill for several miles, then during the return downhill faces a strong headwind. Used the Garmin record from Martin, as I apparently need more practice stopping and restarting the watch on a bike. Missed about a mile and a half.

Average speed out was a lovely 7.7mph. On the way back, 19mph. Top speed was 34mph downhill.

Need more time on a bike. Way more time, if my calves are any indication…(grin)…
