Stretch run with Martin and Laura on the Whitefish Trail. Several items of interest…love the area and the trail, despite having to leap out of the way of bikers. Also, the legs and glutes feel waaaay better than they have any right…perhaps a crazy incline hike after a hard effort is the way to recover…?
